The Lotus Project is a free, evidence-based postpartum educational series designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and emotionally steady during early motherhood.

Who This Is For

If you:

  • Feel overwhelmed or disconnected after welcoming your baby

  • Struggle with guilt, irritability, or emotional swings

  • Feel pressure to “do motherhood right”

  • Want practical tools grounded in science, not just adviceThis space was created for you.

What You’ll Gain

Inside this 3-part series, you will learn:

  • Nervous system regulation strategies rooted in occupational therapy

  • How daily routines shape postpartum mental health

  • Ways to rebuild identity beyond productivity

  • Evidence-based tools for emotional resilience

Each module is short, practical, and designed for tired mothers.

Optional weekly live workshops provide additional support and connection.

What Participation Looks Like

To join:

  1. Read through the information provided

  2. Fill out the interest form below and you will receive a welcome email

  3. Complete a short reflection before and after the series

This project aims to gently reshape common ideas of motherhood- from an intense and productivity-driven role to a natural developmental journey shaped by physical, emotional, and social experiences. Here, you will develop your unique maternal identity. ​​

  • Within the Lotus Project, you will find a safe space that offers a supportive and nurturing environment. Here, we seek to validate each mother's unique experience and to promote evidence-based and whole-person wellness.
